Are these original Mopar nuts and bolts?

These are the nuts and bolts that mount my OEM fan shroud to the radiator. The nuts are stamped "CIP" with "GR-5" underneath. The bolt heads have crosshair dashes casted at the 9:00, 12:00, and 3:00 positions with some kind of a Y-ish symbol at the 6:00 position. Thread size/pitch is 1/4-20 NC and the bolt heads take a 7/16" 6-point hex socket. The washers are captive, they'll turn, but they won't go down the threads which is nice. Are these nuts and bolts the originals from the factory?

The pictured bolts and U-nuts were not originally equipped for a Chrysler vehicle of the 1970s, specifically 1973 Challenger.

The U-nuts were made by CIP Fasteners, a defunct company now absorbed into ITW.

The bolts, or screws, with the washer were made by Chian Yung Corporation. The bolts are Grade 5.

The bolts are styled similar to original, as are the U-nuts, although the U-nuts are not specifically the same for the application.
