while i'm more A-body centric, and C-barges are their own world what stands out to me is the markings on the head. i've not seen those and i peddle a lot of hardware.
honestly the clips look like dorman 700-524BX along with the bolts that you'd get in the "HELP!" section or off the hardware rack at the local parts store. not that there's anything wrong with that, but while the bolts look "correct" the clips don't jive with the stuff i've taken apart.
