Not so sure about that. I live in a county where there's only one fast food restaurant (McDonalds), one high school, and one supermarket in the entire county. And though all that may make it sound remote, I'm still close enough to large population centers that we still have heavy traffic during rush hour from surrounding areas on three sides. The zip code or town name would almost be a dead giveaway.
