340 or 383 for 1968 Dart

What would be your preference and why?

I've had both with 4 speeds, and both were great. Just emotionally, the 340 was more fun to drive. The 383 had a lot of torque. Car seemed more balanced with the 340. 340 seemed to rev quicker.
