Locate cable accelerator pedal in relation to single barrel linkage

The '62-'65 B-body accelerator pedal setup is cable-type, too. Different to the '64-'66 A-body cable-type setup; the B-body assembly uses a nicer (lower-friction) roller wheel at the pedal/bellcrank junction, instead of the A-body spoon-shaped end of the bellcrank rubbing on a nylon pad on the back of the pedal. But the B-body setup can be installed in an early A-body without much of any more difficulty than installing the A-body setup. I put one in my '62 Lancer.
