Cam thrust plate oil bolt and oil diverter

You only "need" one or the other. I hope there is a plug behind the hole in the thrust plate. When I pulled my brothers 273 apart, there was only one degree wear after 300,000 miles on an old 340 double roller timing set and 4 bolts attaching the thrust plate. No 340 or HP 360 hollow bolt or drip diverter.
There is a plug with a tiny hole in it. It’s what was there from the factory so the new plug was made to match it. IMG_0151.jpeg

You can barely see it in the center of the plug

I know both aren’t needed but more chain oiling can’t hurt is my train thought which is why I wanted to add the hollow bolt and diverter
