Quarter Panel Patch

Getting some progress on the 1965 Barracuda. Replaced the RF fender and bumper with good used units. Now, on to the rear quarter panels. I knew there was a small amount of rust behind the wheels. On the driver's side it was no big deal, just made a small patch panel and an even smaller patch for the inner fender. But when I got to the passenger side I discovered the whole lower section had been filled with up 3/4" of filler to cover up damage. After a few hours of searching, I found a patch panel from Classic Industries for $299.99 + tax, free shipping. It's all done now, and back in paint. Please don't laugh at my welding skills!

Nice work!

Why would we laugh at your welding skills? Looks like you got the job done, didn't warp the crap out of everything and the finished product will have very little filler needed. That's all the matters for welding sheet metal.
