I wish it was closer craigslist finds

From the above ad:

"!973 dodge ram with 1970 340 wedge motor . Not running , will run easily . Electric radiator leaks , new aluminum standard radiator comes with truck . 8 ' bed . Truck is clean , all trim is there . 2 pieces of trim need to be installed . Bench seat perfect , comes with Carhartt seat cover . Comes with cover . Truck comes with provenance and service records ."

Yeah, I knew those electric radiators wouldn't work out. I'll stick with the fossil fuel versions.
My favorite part is this: "Not running , will run easily." And the seller knows this how, exactly? Think about it for a second. It's in the seller's best interest to offer-up a running vehicle, as they can ask, and receive, more money for it. So if the truck truly "....will run easily", why hasn't the seller taken care of this?

If I were to respond to this ad I would say, "If it's so simple, why don't you do it?"
