Need help restoring 1971 Dodge Demon standard dash panel

what year Demon?

pic 1 and 3 are 71 and earlier (no seat belt or EGR). Pic 2 is 75-76 (Seatbelt and EGR). pic 4 is 72-73 maybe also 74? (Seatbelt, no EGR)
