Find TDC on the compression stroke first and go from there.

Did you read? Heads are on. I used a piston stop.

Both dots should be 12 o'clock. Dot to dot is #6 tdc

My Cam dot is at 6 o'clock and crank dot at twelve. I've never done 12 and 12.?
