22" Electric Fan
You could probably make it work without those connectors, but yes that would be easier.
There are two fan motor connectors, the third is the resistor that creates the high and low speeds. I believe that the connector for the resistor is the same layout as the fan motors.
The part number reference for the fan motor connectors is S827. There are cheaper versions I just used that brand because it’s carried more places and should work for the cross reference.
Full disclosure, I went and grabbed the whole fan harness out of a Ford Contour and then stripped it down to make the harness in the picture, I didn’t buy aftermarket connectors.
The Dorman fan I bought came with the resistor, but not the connectors.
