Holley 12-887 fuel pressure regulator

Myself, I have never observed the temp
or Altitude to make a noticeable difference
in the fuel pressure in that unit. We race all over in different
temps / altitude Air Density. Over a period of use/time
we do occasionally have to make periodic readjustments.
