Not if you look at low cr 440 dyno results, they barely make over 1lbs-ft per cid there making around what a decent 360 makes in torque.

You might want to go back and compare the low cr dyno and 380 crate dyno.
You will see the 440 carries over 425 ft lb's from 3000rpm to over 5000, it boils down to how an engine carries torque.
