In 20 years of buying from RA I have had very few problems, and I have bought lots of parts for multiple different vehicles. The few issues that I can recall, once I was shorted 1 spark plug, called them and it was sent priority mail the same day, and a couple years ago I ordered a pair of patch panels for my Bronco, received one correct one and one for a 2011 Chevy Silverado. Contacted them via email, sent pictures they requested to verify that the part was incorrect, and they sent the correct one the next day. I still have the part for the Silverado since return shipping was more than the part is worth.
More recently I ordered an intake manifold for my 4.6 Thunderbird, and, following the instructions on the site, also ordered the proper gasket set designed for the application. When the parts arrived, the intake already had all of the correct gaskets included and installed. I inquired about returning the unnecessary gasket kit, but the shipping costs are nearly equivalent to the price of the kit, so it went on a shelf. My last several orders have been delivered at least one day earlier than scheduled, so whether it is designed to make the buyer happy or just good fortune, I'm not going to question it.
