Congrats that's a good deal. It has more A$$ than a 360 right now! 350 horses and 480 lbs of torque.
A 1969 std 440 has a 187 pan, no baffles no windage tray. I used that pan in a 14.0 car and had zero oil pressure after the 1-2 shift every run.
1969 New Yorker had a one piece kickdown, it doesn't fit too well on smaller cars, no firewall room.
