Just a FYI for anyone considering a sticker to alter or renew the screen appearance, those things are the most difficult to apply. The needle/pointer must be removed. While the instrument is in the panel a triangle shaped flag like portion opposite the limb cannot be seen. What is more hidden is a dab of white epoxy like material on the underside of that flag. It is for counter balance. Bend the flag portion just barely and that stuff they used will fall off. So don't grab that needle with your fingers. I think the tool is actually called hemostat while many of us call it a roach clip. Use that tool underneath the screen to remove the needle from its post. There's only a weak interference fit there. Needle was pushed on. No threads.
