1972 Complete 318 with Matching transmission. Worth anything?
Pretty much looks like the exit of the exhaust manifolds were not plugged for those humid situations.
So.....
That means you got 2 rusted cylinder walls on the 2 cylinders where the valves were open.
I would not bother trying to start it, probably do more harm than good.
