64 valiant seatbelt nuts

question....are the seatbelt rocker nuts in line with the driveshaft tunnel belt nuts???? or are they more forward???? to allow pass to get in the back....i got to carry away laying heatsheld and carpet and did not burn a hole as i was installing.....did figour out they are 7/16 x 20 thred..........tks for any help.......
