Lesson Learned...
For any interested... Found the Noise! It was Interference at the Front of the Driveshaft, The Yokes Make Contact at anything over 15degrees and I was at 15.50.
So, I made these 1 3/8" Spacer Blocks for the CrossMember and that got me down to a 12degree Angle!
It Isn't Dialed-in... but the Noise Is Gone!
