I weighed my slant when I pulled it. 437#. I don't know what to tell you. Did you weigh yours? I'm not leaving it stock. Oregon cam, Gill Welding fuel injection intake, Dutra Duals with Gill Welding exhaust, six LS coils, Haltech ECU, head work, etc.

I Made a 2.2" engine to trans adapter then an appropriate flywheel adapter, 2 inches plus or minus so that the transmission sees an identical situation as it had with the rotary. I would like to shrink the adapters to something smaller in the future. That will require a spacer between the bell housing and gear box and a longer input shaft. A future project.
