Heads for 440

A tidbit from my porting bench……
For me at least…… of the Ede’s and the copycats, I find the “sidewinder” type casting to be the easiest to get to 300cfm.
(For this style of head, I feel 300cfm is the limit that still falls into my “the most gain for the least work” mantra).
The stealth is the hardest for me, and the Ede in between.

Of course, the cnc machine doesn’t care(but I don’t have one of those).

I don’t know if I’ve ported a set of any of those to that level since the TF’s arrived on the scene in 2016, but prior to that I was doing roughly a set a month for like 12 years.
