That's what really chaps my butt about churches. They all do foreign mission work like it's their opportunity to stand on a pedestal and shout "LOOK WHAT WE DID!" The problem is "wherever" they've chosen to serve was a shithole before and will be a shithole after and always, while people in their own communities are suffering.
