The stock style clamps, or straps, as shown in the following images, are available through several sources, including Hoover Auto Parts. Hoover also has complete kits which also includes the plastic pads/spacers and zinc interliners. Hoover also sells on eBay.
The clamps are three different sizes depending on the number of leaves they hold. The replacement stock style clamps are thinner than original, but function the same. Ford used a similar clamp style in some applications.
Alternate style and universal clamps are also available at many sources, including eBay.
Later model truck, van and minivan spring straps can be adapted, and are still available at Chrysler, et.al.
Jeep and truck style bolt clamps or the plate/bolt style clamps can be used as well.
