Is there a list of option codes that don't get stamped on a fender tag?

Don't make a fake tag. You will make a mistake and it will be found out. Just say no.

There are thousands of good fender tag reading folks out there. And there are more who don't know how do make one correctly, including some of the big name people offering the service!

Yes generally it has to do with holes in the body shell. So with headrests or not won't be on there on a 1965-1969 car when they were an option. 1-1-1969 headrests were manditiory. Power steering won't be on there, no changes to the body. But then some plants put tinted glass on there, that has nothing to do with the body of the car. Some don't put radio on there at all, but that does make holes in the body.
