1968 Dodge D200 with a 318 from who knows where

There is a timing bracket that picks up the two lower water pump bolts, that makes up for the difference in the diameter between the harmonic balancer that I have at 5 inches in OD and the new harmonic balancer at 7 inches OD. This bracket is a stamped, manufactured to fit this situation and therefore, it makes me believe that it was like this from the factory.
