Heads for 440

looking like im not going to do anything with the engine. The trick flows along with all the other things needed to make them work are just out of my price range. I just dont think the CNC stealths would be worth messing with as the flows even after the cnc porting isnt near what the TF's are out of the box, plus it looks like i need the smaller chamber of the TF's for some quench that i have none of currently and the stealths are just 4cc smaller than the stock crap.

You're overthinking stuff that doesn't actually matter that much. All aftermarket aluminum heads are closed-chamber with potential to make quench but that doesn't matter if your pistons aren't zero-deck at TDC. Upgrading the heads will also then allow for a much better cam and intake manifold down the road which altogether will make a lot more power.

I like Chris Weingartner but coming from a Chevy background, those engines (BBC and traditional SBC) need more port flow as well as compression ratio due to the shorter connecting rod length. Mopars make more power with "less" thanks to better engineering in the rotating assembly. He's not necessarily "wrong" he just doesn't get how Mopar engines work as well as they do.
