90 Degree oil filter adapter for 5.9 Magnum

You need part # 2463661. It's the one on the right in the pic, and is a TRUE 90 degree adapter. The later one's like on the left in the pic are not 90 degrees and will put the oil filter into the frame rail in an Early A body.
Pic of that adapter on my 273, with Dougs D453's just hanging on it for reference. I will be using D450's in my 65 Barracuda.
