Alternator wiring

As 67Dart said, they are two field alternators.The alternator pictured needs the pigtail that belongs to the alternator. Then you can splice your green and blue wires to the pigtails. Shouldn't matter which goes where. Earlier Magnum alternator had two small threaded posts, a large one for battery, and a medium sized stud that is ground. The two small posts are the field wires.
