Blue Print Hemi

From what I understand you use a swap specific oil pan, in my case I have a Milodon. Using TTI mounts puts the engine in the correct location fore and aft, Holley has some degree of relocation. Use TTI headers correct for your chassis. Manual transmission users must use a hydraulic throwout bearing as headers are not compatible with mechanical z bar linkage. Oil filter must be relocated. Ive read where users had to modify or use steering components from later year A bodies for more clearance. It seems the later spool type mounts are preferred over the earlier biscuit style, however both can be used.

This book is a good resource.

A couple of additional points to what you've already listed:
Truck front cover can provide better accessory clearance than car front covers, but may interfere with some intake manifolds.
Right angle oil filter mount (used on 4x4 trucks) provides better K frame clearance, although a bit of clearancing may still be necessary.
It's been noted that a slant K frame gives a bit more clearance in several areas, but I have not personally verified this.
