For sure, agreed. I have nothing against the glide. I build a handful of them for people and they last and work well. I know I’d be a candidate for one. Just never felt like changing my whole setup and spending all that money. With today’s co2 or electric shifters, having the “one less thing to mess up with the extra shift”, kind of fell by the wayside in my opinion. If I was ever to do a glide, it would be more to split up the track into two gears as opposed to 3.
