What is your fastest time to pull an engine, install another and drive it away?

Ha vw Beetle..under 2 hrs out and in
But guys could do it a lot faster then me
A audi 4cyl turbo (a4 q5) is a day job
About 6 if everything comes apart easy and engine is ready to go in
