To me, the rains signal the beginning of a new season- the salt gets washed off the roads and it's safe for the cars to emerge from hibernation.
Just got another 2-3" of the white crap overnight with more on the way. Low teens today and tomorrow, but a high of around 0* Monday... Where's global warming when you need it?
