Fixing rust holes with filler??

Fiberglass with resin to seal back the rust hole after clean up.

Then Duroglas (green) waterproof filler to bring up to grade. Used on Corvette bodies and Fiberglass Boats.

Then Lightweight Easy Sand Bondo to Bridge the final fill to the existing body, and fill pinholes, sand scratches and imperfections.

Finish up with Primer Surfacer by block sanding it level, then another final coat as a primer ready for painting the topcoats and clear.

This of course if you don't have welding and sheetmetal skills to weld repair pieces in place.

Undercoat on the back side to hold back moisture that helps the repairs to last longer.

Have fun doing it, it's rewarding to make things look and work better for the time that you own them.
