Driver Side Door Jamb “Striker” plate

You are better off using the correct side so the outer metal can be left attached to the striker and bracket and butt weld it in as a unit with the correct contours for locating it. I may have one on a car here but weather is holding back part removals and we are getting 24 more inches Sunday. I'll look later today to see if there is a good one on a car here.
