74 Duster, resto mod 6.4 front end rebuild questions

SO i have a full PST front end kit that i purchased over a year ago. Probably went to early on it as my new arms had the upper bushes and big ball joints already so now have spares i guess
The idler arm is a non greasable unit and slightly shorter in height where it bolts to k frame. With two washers one top one bottom fits snug in the k frame bracket, essentially when you torque up you are loading up on the inner metal sleeve.
The original maybe a moog idler as has the removable rubber washers top and bottom. Anyone see any issues with the pst one? Can easily rotate with no slop up and down just a small amount of movement around the bolt shaft

This is what it looks like internally, any concern its non greasable? Guessing get everything centred with the steering box and then torque to 60ft. Cant find much info on it. Or do i just buy a moog?
