LOGOS.... How much trouble do you think I can get into?
I think the trick usually lies in what it's worth to the parent company. If you are just advertising with the logo, I don't see too much harm in it. There are plenty of parody places out there that might use similar graphics. I think it only really starts hitting the corporate radars if you are selling merchandise with the logo. Even then, there are plenty of dollar store t-shirts that use parody logos that haven't been shut down. I guess the trick is just don't get big enough to matter to them, lol.
