Upper Ball Joint Question

If your Wilwood kit is made for your '69 model, it will only fit the 9" spindle with the A1 and A4 bearings. That spindle only came with the small upper ball joint. Maybe a proper tapered reamer can open your spindle up to accept the larger ball joint? Why not just use the small ball joint and upper control arm?
