I'll get a pension when I'm 60. That's about it. Worth about 650 bucks a month before taxes at current dollar amounts. If they medically retire me, I get to keep tricare eligibility for life. Otherwise, that's it. I guess there's some VA stuff, maybe. From what I've been told, it’s really really hard for the VA to give benefits to Guardsmen even if the law allows it.
