Congrats !!! I have been deep staging for a few years now especially when I run on a .500 pro tree and on advice of a few sucessful racers they told me that if I am going deep to get in quick . That way the the opponent has less time to play games , I stage all in one motion up on the converter and I roll right in deep no stopping at the pre stage. ( foot braking , no two step ) It has worked pretty well for me so far. Most of the tracks I race at honor deep staging .. one doesn't and it makes it hard to run there again I have done ok there , I did get burned last year ( I didn't get in deep fast enough and was quick treed ) Deep is not allowed to be on the car there and it has thrown a few of my competitors off .. sometimes to my advantage !
