Thanks, at 55 years old it will eventually be time to stop punching a time clock and secure us a steady income into our golden years! I'm super bad with finances but have found from previous clown landlords that even a monkey can manage rentals... I agree, finding good renters is a gamble, but there are wonderful tenants out there somewhere.. I have 3 units in the U.S. and the wife has 4 units in Playa Del Carmen that can be expanded upwards to 12 units (concrete block building that can have more floors added)..
