67-69 Barracuda Notchback “Rear Air” Defog Vent

I've seen these before but only on B or C bodies to accommodate a speaker AND defogger. I'm curious how they split the outlet tube to accommodate two flex hoses to two of the outlets ducts - all the rest have a long thin single outlet duct in the middle of the package tray.
Not sure if what I have is original or something that got cobbled together at some point. The blower is mounted to the steel package tray panel between the two vents. There is a round hole in the steel package tray and there are a number of small holes in the package tray panel for the blower to pull air through. Those don't appear to be hand drilled, but maybe? The hose off the blower splits into two hoses to go to the vents. Neither of the hoses appear to be long enough to reach the vents if the blower were mounted in one of the speaker holes, but I have not checked them to see if they might fit. The wires to the blower came down the driver's side rail along with the taillight harness, then were clipped to the bottom edge of the steel package tray panel with clips that looked like they might be oem. The wire does look to be long enough to reach the blower if it were mounted in the right-side speaker hole. There were speakers in each of the speaker holes in the package tray for a tape player that I added when I first owned this car in 1972. I don't remember moving the defogger blower and modifying the package tray, but it was a long time ago.
