Anyone remember that Uncle Bob Mopar guy from the Penn Hills, Pittsburgh, PA area?

Way way back in the 90s and early 2000s, one guy I knew for Mopar cars and parts was the "Uncle Bob" guy who lived in Penn Hills or Plum, Pittsburgh, PA area. Has anyone here ever known him or dealt with him over the years? Last time I might have talked to him might have been around 2004.
