What can of Duster can I get for 23K

Welcome .. Being in Florida you should be able to find a solid (frame, floors, trunk) car. Very important to get the best car to start from, then work up from there. 70/71 higher end of the food chain, but not impossible to find one in the 20's (IMHO). You should be able to find a good "driver quality" duster for 20's, that may need some TLC. The economy may be on your side, if you look daily for a buy. Also your ability to do the work needed, has a lot to do with your purchase. $150/ hr to have someone do repairs, adds up real fast, so be honest with yourself about your ability to wrench. I always hear about matching numbers, better off finding what you want, and build it the way you want, not thinking of resale value of a matching number whatever, especially for short money. Good luck .... PS> I sold this always rust free TN car for 15k. yesterday. '75, 318 ..with the beak, brings value down, even this super solid example.
