Rear axle question : center pin stuck on the ring.

Interesting, so it also looks Tapered? And they milled the middle out to let the axels in? If you can find one locally cheap I would change it out personally. But really not critical just holds the spider gears in alignment and also the axels in. So basically turn it 1/4 and they should be able to take the clips out?
