Stop in for a cup of coffee

I would probably use Competition blend, Hickory, or Mesquite on beef. I like Apple or cherry on chicken. I would like to try some orange on chicken but it's hard to get. Competition or just plain old oak on Pork.
Not long ago I got a notion for trying grape vines on the fire thinking that fruit trees do make good smoke. All the vineyards around here that were planted shortly after I moved up here had reached their productive limits and were being dozered up in piles :eek: and burned. Alas I never got around to trying it :BangHead:.
