SOLVED! 318 2500-3000 rpm idling issue. Don't think its a regular vacuum leak. Swapped 2 intakes, 2 carbs ,and 6 different gaskets still no luck.

@PlymouthPontiacEnthusiast try this simple test please, with the engine running, take a spray bottle full of water and spray each exhaust port right near the head on the manifold or header. If each cylinder is contributing equally you’ll get instant steam from each one. Lazy cylinders will take a second to boil off the water. Or if you have a laser temp gun, shoot the temps of each and report back. This is what lead to me finding my issue.
