Haha, um no. You are going to need a carb . It looked like the intake was a 4bbl intake. ( it was hard to see under the rag) get a carb you plan on using on the engine. My recommendation would be an edelbrock 600 or max. 650. Squirt some tranny fluid or bp blaster into the spark plug holes. Let sit for a while or overnight. If you can get a socket on the front pully, turn it over by hand. Once to have established it is not seized, put a strong battery on it and turn it over several times to blow out the oil w spark plug holes… install your carb. I would hook up fuel line from fuel pump and then use a boat tank to connect to fuel pump so you know your gettibg clean gas fill your carb bowl with fuel. Also spark needs to be checked.. points? Electronic ignition? Put new plugs in it then go from there. Alwaya nice to have two people to help with this. ( not a must)
