Body work;hating every minute of it

Hey Pat ,how`ve you been? I still haven`t found that fan spacer yet, lol! I`m really not planning to take the car completely apart but so far I`ve yanked the motor and rebuilt it, had the transmission gone through, rebuilt the entire suspension, rebuilt the brakes, recovered the seats, recarpeted, and installed a new headliner. It`s amazing how completely you can take a car apart when you don`t really mean to.:icon_smi:

Hey John, Don't worry about that spacer, I finally got one. Sounds lke you've been very buy & productive. I am slowly in the process of working on my dart but had to have hernial surgery a week ago so all progress has come to a hault. The bottom, inner fenders, & insiude of my car are painted so far. Will be spring before my body guy can get back to finishing it. He just started a 70 AAR cuda for a friend of mine. I was lucky & got stuff on my car done bfore he started on the cuda. I have managed to get the rear suspension & rear axle back in it. Also got the k-frame back in. Im the process of dong the mustang rotor swap & have ran into major probelms as far a caliper firtment. I will have to get a hold of you some time & quiz you up on that & see waht you remember. Still have your # on my cell phone. I've been meaining to ask you if you ever got a change to get the lower radiator hose part number you used on your barracuda. How are your hood inserts? I've seen the pg classics repops & I must say, they are a thing of beauty. Looking great so far & will be a super nice car when finished!
