I totally agree with feeding only the best food I also am a lover of african cichlids & I only feed them spectrum it is like $8.99 compared to the cheep stuff that is $2.99 for the same size. But it definatly shows in the color they produce and the quality of their look. That is why my stonii's are so colorfull and I cant get my fish friends to understand.
