10.90s WITH A STREET 416

I know a guy who runs at the mopar nats here with a full weight 72 dart he pulled off 10.40s.He was running a 406,ported edelbrocks,10.5 to 1,hydro roller cam and I believe 3.91s.Saw him last year and he had put in a backhalved 69 race car and was running 9.90s,he was doing some serious sand bagging to keep from being kicked out since the car wasnt certified for nines.I would say its very realistic to accomplish your goal.
